BELVA A. "BEDGIE" ARBAUGH, 81, of Hamlin, W.Va., died at home Sunday, June 8, 2003, surrounded by family. She was born July 19, 1921, in Griffithsville, W.Va., a daughter of the late Albert and Donna Stowers Nelson. She was a cook for LCOC and a member of Central United Methodist Church. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Dona and Dickie Fisher of Kenna, Betty and Jerry Swanson of Hamlin, and Penny and Earl Baisden of Foster; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Maudie Weaver, Faye Patterson and Lois Cavender. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2003, at Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin, W.Va., with Rev. Russell "Buck" Adkins officiating. Burial will follow at Miller Cemetery, Sweetland, W.Va. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at the funeral home
