"Mrs. Mary E. Keeter
Norfolk - - Mrs. Mary Ellen Keeter, 69, of 3218 Somme Ave., the wife of Luther W. Keeter, Sr., and the daughter of Wilson M. and Mrs. Ellen Dews Dozier, died in a hosptial Monday at 5 p.m.
She was a lifelong resident of Norfolk.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Kathyrn Jennings of Hampton and Mrs. Ann Chubb of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; two sons, Edward L. Keeter of Norfolk and Luther W. Keeter, Jr. of Hampton; a brother, Allen T. Dozier of Norfolk; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The body was taken to Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home."
