She was married to Oscar on April 12 1905 when they were both 22 in Mahoning Co Ohio. and had five girls (Belinda, Violet, Ella, Pearl, Fern) and a boy, George. She was Swedish spoke fluent Swedish, and rarely spoke English. She may have lived on Johnson Hill near McKeesport Hospital, where the Swedish settled. She had a sister named Anna who lived in Michigan and had 6 or 7 boys. She was very pleasant, quiet and delicate. She never worked real hard.
She liked to crochet and raised chickens in the back. She wore an apron and "shooed" the chickens. She raised the kids in a house on Tinplate Hill in McKeesport (309 Linme). They had a big house which Oscar built. After her husband died, she sold corsets to support the children. Later in life, she moved to the apartment that was made from the garage, and Eddie and Ella (Pack) lived in the house.
She had heart problems, but seemed well most of the time. Ella took care of her. She died of colon and breast cancer.
