Born July 22, 1897, at Argonia, Kan., Mrs. Phipps had lived in Wichita most of her life.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Mann, of the home, and Mrs. Mabel Whitney, Melvern, Kan,; and three brothers, Frank Dunham, Towanda, Kan., Ralph E. Dunham, Waco-Wego, and Earl D. Dunham, 4231 S. Broadway.
Downing Mortuary has charge.

Services for Mrs. Christabel Phipps, 67, of 456 N. Richmond, who died Thursday, will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Downing Mortuary. Burial will be in Wichita Park Cemetery.
She moved to Wichita in 1908 from Wellington. She attended the First Nazarene Church, was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, and the Friendly Neighbors Club.
