She was born May 3, 1915 in Pender County, the daughter of the late William Marshall and Dorothy Lewis Holly. Also remembered are her sister, Lila M. Holly and brothers, David Holly and Harvey Holley. She retired from civil service aboard Camp Lejeune.
Surviving are her niece, Judy Sidbury; nephews, David Holly, Jr. and Jack Holley; and special friends, Joseph and Ruth Guyton.
Graveside funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Greenlawn Memorial Park with Mr. Tom Nussbaum and Mr. Al Goff officiating.
