Angus' and his wife Sophia's burial place are unknown, but he purchased a land patent near this cemetery in 1856 in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 1 South, Range 15 West where he made his home. The first known burial in this cemetery was in 1860, and for some reason their son Angus "Jim" and some of his family was buried here.

Gravesite Details
Aaron Holland: My wife and I had been there several years ago and we found Angus "Jim" grave. Adjoining it was a lot of sea shells that were very weathered. We wondered if that could be where she was buried.
