SERVICES HELD FOR GEO RYON FAMILY

SATURDAY, FEB 17

Funeral services for Mrs. Charyl Ryon, wife of George Ryon of Dayton, and their three children were held Saturday, Feb 17. The service was held in the Dayton Methodist church at 2:30 p.m.

Rev. Donald Samuelson conducted the service. Special organ music was presented by Stephen Ryon. Caring for the flowers were Mrs. Roberta McIIvain and Mrs. Woodrow Nutt.

Bearers were Ronald Bass, David Cooper, Thomas Hufford, Earl Lang, Clinton Ryon and Ward Ryon.

Interment was held in the Dayton Cemetery with arrangements being made by the Carson Funeral Home of Dayton.

Charyl was married to George Ryon on Nov. 26, 1963. To them were born three children. They were Melvin Allan, born August 8, 1964; Penny LuAnn, born October 28, 1965 and Clarence Lee, born October 11, 1967.

The mother and three children perished in a fire that destroyed their home Thursday morning, Feb 15 at Dayton, Iowa.

Survivors include the husband and father, George Ryon; Mr and Mrs Clarence Ryon of Dayton, paternal grand parents of the children; Mrs. Ryon's mother, Mrs Glen Pratt of Fort Dodge; two sisters, Mrs Robert Stoneburner of Dayton and Mrs. James Morris of Fort Dodge and seven brothers, Gerald, Donald and Glen, Jr of Fort Dodge; Melvin and Marvin of Dayton; Averial of Lytton and James of California.
