FUNERAL OF M. G. MANTOR
Services for Former Resident Who Died at West Allis Will Be held Here Thursday.
The funeral of Melvin G. Mantor, aged 69 years, a former resident of Winnebago, who passed away Monday at the home of his son, Chester Mantor at West Allis, will be held Thursday morning from the funeral home of Fiss & Ellis. Interment will be in the Bell cemetery. Mr. Mantor was born at Bell Prairie in Winnebago county and later attended the Oshkosh Business college. He resided on a farm until six years ago, when he went to West Allis to live with his son. He is survived by the son, two brothers, Martin of Berlin and Myron of Abbottsford, two sisters, Mrs. Cendt of Abbottsford and Mrs. May Hurlbut of Oshkosh, one gransdson and one granddaughter. Mr. Mantor had been in ill health one year.
