ELOY - Arthur Wayne Sylvester, 60, an Eloy native, died March 24, 2001 in Eloy.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Valley Funeral Home. The funeral there will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. James Mumme officiating. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.
Mr. Sylvester was born Sept. 17, 1940. He was a lifelong area resident and a barber.
Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Patino of Eloy; a son, Alan of Eloy; his mother, Willeen Sylvester of Eloy; six sisters, Evelyn Davis of Eloy, Norma Knudsen of Casa Grande, Betty Sylvester of Arizona City, Joyce Linden of Apache Junction, Anita Heet of Tempe and Charlotte Griffis of Arizona City; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Homer.
