In G.S. Hospital

William C. Beard 1117
Monument St., died at 8:20
am: today in the Good Samaritan
Hospital, Aged 40, he had been
ill for a few years.
A veteran of World War II, he was a
member of Christ Presbyterian Church
and an active worker in Boy Scout Troop
64.
Surviving are his wife, the former
Bernadine Miller; two daughters, Linda
and Sallie Ann, both at home; his father,
Charles Beard, Lebanon; four sisters,
Mrs. Helen Firestone, Lebanon; Mrs. Betty
Tanner, Annville, Mrs. Grace Reigle, Ono
and Mrs. Elsie Conner, Jonestown, and one
brother, Charles, Lebanon.
His mother was the late Mrs. Ethel Forry Beard.
