Rhoda Brown, 90,of Sigmon St. Mt,. Vernon, Ky. died Sunday June 29,2003, at Rockcastle Health and Rehabilitation Center in Brodhead, Ky. She was born on May 27, 1913 in Rockcastle County the daughter of the late Campbell and nancyWynn Gibbons. She ejoyed sewing, crocheting, and gardening and attended the Pentecostal Church.
Servivors are; two sons; Everett E. Brown of Millington, Tenn and Robert L Brown of Salem, Ind,; two daughters; Amelia Furmon of Mt. Vernon and Audrey Furmon of Richmond, In.; 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Herbert Brown and by one son Sidney Grant Brown.
