Vinton - Funeral services for Mrs. Adam (Doris M) Bergeron, 75, of 1510 Fancher St. will be at 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov 23, from St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Toomey Cemetery under direction of Hixon Funeral Home. A rosary will be said at 8:30 p.m. today, Nov 22, in the funeral home chapel.
Mrs. Bergeron died at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in West Calcasieu-Cameron Hospital. She was a native of Rayne and has lived in Vinton 50 years.
Survivors are her husband; two sons, Nolan J Bergeron of Vinton & Melvin J Bergeron of Orange, Tx.; one daughter, Mrs. W.J. Carroll, Jr. of Vinton; two sisters, Mrs. Adam Perry and Mrs. Nola Fontenot, both of Vinton; three brothers, David Trahan of West Lake, Benny & Ernest Trahan both of Vinton, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
