Services for Claudean S. Bratton, 79, of West Monroe were held Sept 18 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Milton Pray and Rev. Gene Thomas officiating.

Interment was held at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery in West Monroe under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe.

Bratton died Sept. 16 in West Monroe.
Bratton was a member of Peniel Baptist Church in West Monroe. She loved being outdoors. Bratton was preceded in death by her husband, John Bratton; a son, Leslie Bratton; two brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include four children, Mary Borland and husband Raymond of Jonesboro, Gloria Haney of West Monroe, Dennis Bratton and wife Missy of West Monroe, Terry Bratton and wife Jackie of Chatham; brother, Dick Stuckey of Bastrop; sisters, Genie Burrett of Clendale, Calif., Clydell Thomas of West Monroe, Evelyne Morris of Monroe; 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
Pallbearers were grandsons.
