C.E. Ingalls Funeral Set
Funeral services for Clarence E. Ingalls, 78, of 2305 Revere Lane, will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the First Christian Church with the Rev. Warren Hile Jr. and the Rev. Earl Crowe officiating.
Pallbearers will be Ben Lacy, James Keenan, Verne Fuhlrodt, Curtis Moore and William Woods with honorary pallbearers Joe Jones, Bert Busby, Clyde Ormsby, Fern Steepleton, Sidney Thomson, the Rev. Waren Hile Sr., Eldon Rebman, Mac Witty, Elzie Brown, Al Hull, William Sallee and Kenneth Lowe.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Ingalls died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 30, 1892 in Idalia, Colo., and had been a local resident since 1922. He was a retired carpenter, having worked for George Teats Construction Co. for 27 years.
A member of the First Christian Church, Mr. Ingalls was also affiliated with the Colorado Springs Carpenter's Union and the Odd Fellows Lodge in Wray, Colo.
Survivors include his widow, Bertha E. Ingalls, Colorado Springs; a son, Floyd W. Ingalls, Denver; a daughter, Mrs. Alma D. Bruce, Aurora; five grandchildren, Robert Bruce Jr., William Bruce, Jeffrey Ingalls, Gregory Ingalls and Richard Ingalls, as well as five brothers and three sisters.

Clarence died April 23, 1971 in Colorado Springs. - C.E. Ingalls married Bertha Bader November 28, 1917.. and proved up a quarter about three miles north of Charles in 1921.
