Gertrude was born to William Henry Mitchell and Lou Evie Sullivan. Gertrude and Rufus Carl were united in marriage on May 15, 1919. They had two children, Eula Mae and Rufus Carl, Jr. "Bubba". Gertrude, Carl and both of their children went to Salt Lake City and were sealed in the Temple August 8, 1938. Gertrude died of liver cancer. Gertrude was my great aunt.
