Son of Donna Beair Reynolds & the late Robert Larry "Bob" Reynolds. He was precededin death also by his grandmother, two grandfathers, two aunts, his great-uncle & great-grandmothr. He is survived by his mother, grandmother, several aunts & uncles, special cousins, three children, friends, and aunt. Frankie was a very talented artist. He loved to draw, paint, watch movies, listen to music, and above all he loved to laugh. He had an amazing ability to make every one in the room laugh. He was kind-hearted and loving. He was a loving son to his Mother. They had a special relationship that all parents wish that they could have with their children. He was a wonderful and loyal friend to all who had the honor to know him.

Frankie will be forever missed and loved. Frankie will never be replaced in our hearts and will never be forgotten. We all rest our hearts in knowing he is in Heaven with loved ones who have gone before us.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, March 19, at Collier Memorial Gardens in South Portsmouth, Ky. Friends and family will be meeting at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Ky., at 1:40 p.m., where we can go together to celebrate Frankie's life.
