Mrs. Fanny G. Adams, widow of Capt. Benjamin Adams, and mother-in-law of C. Quinn Esq., died at his residence, on Monday morning at the advanced age of 83 years. Calmly and peacefully she passed away. She leaves seven sons and two daughters-Mrs. G.W. King and Mrs. Quinn-to mourn her lose. During the past summer she was able to take a journey west, and visited six of her sons, two in Michigan and four in Illinois; The seventh C.D. Adams, Esq., being a resident of Painesville, with whom she spent the late Thanksgiving. Her funeral was attended on Tuesday afternoon, at 2 o'clock-Rev. Thomas B. Wells officiating.
