Mrs. Douglass was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cape May Court House where she was a member of the Agenda Circle, was a past secretary and taught Sunday school.
She was a home economics 4-H leader.
Born in Delmont, Mrs. Douglass was an area resident for 55 years.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Jr.; two daughters, Sharon Lee Roger of York, Pa., and Joanne Theressa Errico of Cape May Court House; a sister, Violet Thomas of Delmont; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Ave., Cape May Court House, where friends may call one hour before services.
Burial will be in the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery, Cape May Court House.
