In Timothy Bennet's will the signed sealed and delivered date is November 24,1823 not 1826. In his will he lists his children as micheal, Nathaniel, phebe doan, mary mills, caty doan, sarah roberds, mary fisher, peggy fisher, kesiah, Bettsy (Elizabeth jane, Eunice,milly. and I have a family letter from 1935 that talks about her grandmother's (kesiah bennet)brother harry who died in an Indian raid.
RLB - People usually do not sign a will on the day they die. Just saying. I am not changing the date.
