Eleanor E. Hugh
Mrs. Eleanor E. Hugh, 85 years 10 months, widow of James K. Hugh, died Thursday at the family home in Fairchance.
Mrs. Hugh was a member of Fairchance M. P. church.
Surviving are the following children, Mrs. Alverdis Smiley, Fairchance; Daniel H. Hugh, of New Salem; Stephen E. Hugh, York Run; Humphrey G. Hugh, Uniontown; Mrs. Anna Belle Breatiron, New Salem; Aaron H. Hugh, of Fairchance; Carl P. Hugh, Canonsburg; James F. and Eva E. Hugh, both at home. She also leaves five sisters and a brother including:
Mrs. Marian Rager, Waynesburg, Mrs. Jane Sowers, Mrs. Alice Cooley, Mrs. Eva Wilson, Mrs. Harriet Nixon all of Fairchance and William T. Humphrey of Smithfield.
Preceding her in death were the following children: Owen E. Hugh, Moses T. Hugh, William G. Hugh, Hannay May Hugh, and Mrs. Elsie Olla Sechler.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the home in Fairchance. Rev. A. R. Monahan, pastor of the Fairchance Free Methodist Church and Rev. William King of the Fairchance M. P. Church, will be in charge. Burial will follow in maple Grove cemetery under the direction of A. D. Ferguson of Uniontown.
