She was born in Mt. Hood to Paul and Marie Aubert, who immigrated to the United States from France. She was the eldest of six children.
She graduated from high school in Parkdale before receiving her teaching certificate at Oregon College of Education in Momouth.
After teaching elementary school for three years, she attended University of Oregon for an additional year of college, mamoring in French.
She then resumed her teaching career.
She was married Aug. 24, 1930, to Carl Jenson, in Arrago.
They were awarded a homestead in Tulelake in 1938 and began a farming career there. They retired in March 1962.
They continued to live in their home while leasing farm property to others until 1984 when they moved to Klamath Falls.
Mrs. Jensen was a member of Community Presbyterian Church of Tulelake, where she was a deacon and a member of the ladies guild. When she moved to Klamath Falls, she became a member of Peace Memorial Presbyterian Church.
She also belonged to the Tulelake Garden Club, the Homestead Ladies Club, and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She taught Sunday School for many years and spent many hours gardening and reading.
The Jensens camped and fished at many lakes and traveled often to the coast during their retirement years.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Lloyd and Hazel Jensen, Klamath Falls; daughter, Donna Cullen, Klamath Falls; brother George Aubert, Mt. Hood; sisters, Helen Halliday, Parkdale and Blanche Blumenstein, Bonanza; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
