Beverly Crist Osborn passed away in Victorville, California on September 17, 2022. She was born on April 9, 1926, to Clifton and Anna Katherine Larson Barnes. She spent much of her childhood on the family ranch in the Granite Mountains in the eastern Mojave Desert with her parents and two brothers, Wayne and Clifton (Barney). At the age of 14, Beverly moved to Barstow to live with family friends and attend high school. After graduating in 1944, she attended college in southern California. While still completing her college degree, she was hired to teach elementary school in Barstow. She then worked as a junior high school counselor until her retirement in 1986.

Beverly married G.W. (Corky) Clancy, and together they had two children, Patrick and Maureen. The marriage ended in divorce. In 1974, she married George (Joe) Crist. She and Joe brought their two families together, and Beverly treasured the addition of Joe's three children, Mike, Mark, and Kay. After Joe's passing, Beverly married Oliver Osborn, who passed away in 2020.

Sharing time with people defined Bev, whether it be dinners and pinochle around the table with long-time friends, golf with the ladies group, or fishing trips in the motor home to the Sierras. But her ultimate joy centered around the dining room table and her family – planning, organizing, and cooking for birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, or just a normal nightly dinner. And, as we always knew, there would be an amazing dessert.

Beverly was preceded in death by each of her husbands, her daughter, Maureen Clancy Williams, and her son, Mark Crist. Her parents and her brothers also preceded her in death.

Beverly is survived by her children, Patrick Clancy (Lisa), Mike Crist, and Kay Crist Lovato, son-in-law, John Williams (Terry), and daughter-in-law, Dora Crist. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Vincent, Sarah, Nate, Lucas, Matthew, Katrina, Ryan, Austin, and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Barnes and Diane Barnes.
