Per an earlier memorial manager:
*His name at birth was Christopher, son of William and Elizabeth Field Holloway. The death certificate states that he was born in Lexington, Ky but the 1860 census finds him with his parents in Madison Co Ky. He was most probably born there (since the Holloway family was in the 1850 census of that county, as well). The family is found in the 1880 census of Fayette Co Ky. From 1900 to the time of his death, Chris is listed in the Fayette Co Ky. census as a patient at ESH.
