KATHARINE ECKELMANN
Mrs. Katherine Eckelmann, 89, a former town of Meeme resident, died Sunday at the Maplewood Nursing home, Sheboygan Falls, where she had been living for the past two years.
Nee Landau, she was born May 26, 1864, in the town of Schleswig, the daughter of Leonard and Margaret Stoeker Landau. She married George Eckelmann on Oct. 19, 1903.
Following the marriage, the couple lived in the town of Schleswig where they were married, and in the town of Meeme.
Her husband preceded her in death in 1931, a daughter in 1952, and a son in infancy. Survivors include nieces and nephews.
