JOHN M'KEE, PIONEER, IS LAID TO REST

Had Resided at Monitor For 25 Years; Many Attended Funeral

CASHMERE - There was a large gathering of friends at the Kuelbs Chapel on Sunday afaternoon at 2 o'clock to attend the funeral services for John Bayers McKee, a pioneer of Monitor, who died September 12. The services were entirely in charge of the Masonic order both at the chapel and at th eold cemetery where he was alid to rest. The Masonic quartette consisting of Messrs. H. Mikkelsen, Fred Simmons, Chas. Kuelbs and T. S. Hudson sang "Lead Kindly Light" and "Nearer My God To Three.:

Mr. McKee was born at Mason City, Illinois, August 26, 1953 and resided at Monitor over 25 years.
