BARBARA JEAN VAN ARTSDALEN , 70, of Rio Grande, died Wednesday February 14, 2001 at the Burdette Memorial Hospital Cape May Court House.

Born in Millville N.J. she has resided in this area all her life. Mrs. Van Artsdalen was a devoted member of the Tabernacle United Methodist Church of Erma.

Surviving is her husband of 49 years Frank; her children Margaret Van Artsdalen and Linda Van Artsdalen both at home; Barbara Lehman of Rio Grande; and Harold Van Artsdalen of Whitesboro; a twin brother William Tawresey; sister Catherine Fitzgerald and nine grandchildren.

Funeral service will be private with burial at the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery.
