George Seifert Dies Tuesday Evening
George Seifert, age 67, died at Memorial hospital in Sheboygan late Tuesday evening after suffering a heart attack earlier in the day at his home. He resided in the Town of Meeme and was a retired farmer.
Mr. Seifert was born February 15, 1893 in Milwaukee, the son of Casper and Theresa Seifert. He moved to Sheboygan with his parents when a young boy. July 31, 1915 he married Ida Rades, Town of Meeme and the couple resided on the Rades homestead farm. Mrs. Seifert died in 1957.
He was a member of the Bethel United Church of Christ in Town Herman.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Edgar Rotsted, Sheboygan Falls, Mrs. Fred Hemb, Jr., School Hill, four sons, Raymond of Sheboygan, Lester of St. Nazianz, Willard of New Holstein and Melvin of Meeme; 21 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; two brothers, John and Frank, Sheboygan; two sisters, Mrs. Arthur Ourada, and Mrs. Arthur Handrow, Sheboygan.
