Mrs. Esther Waack, 63, of School Hill, Rt. 1, Kiel, died Saturday in Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Bethlehem United Church of Christ, Town of Schleswig. The Rev. Ward B. Malloy will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Town of Schleswig.

Mrs. Waack, nee Esther Karstaedt, was born May 28, 1914, in the Town of Meeme, daughter of the late Fred and Elizabeth Koeser Karstaedt. She was educated in Woodland School. She was married to Norbert Waack June 30, 1934, in Bethlehem United Church of Christ. The couple lived on a farm in the Town of Newton until 1940, when they moved to School Hill. He preceded her in death Dec. 1, 1963.
Mrs. Waack was a member of Bethlehem United Church of Christ.

Survivors include two sons, Melvin, of Rt. 1, Kiel and Norbert, of School Hill; three daughters, Mrs. Frederick (Delores) Krause, of rural Newton, Mrs. Dale (Darlene) Horneck and Mrs. Warren (Diane) Fidlin, of School Hill; a brother, Valentine, of Sheboygan Falls, five sisters, Mrs. Leslie Henschel and Mrs. Erwin Brost, of School (sic), Mrs. Alfred Gabsch, of rural Cleveland, Mrs. Arnold Rambadt, of rural Newton and Mrs. Stanley Vogel, of Manitowoc, 19 grandchildren and two great grandsons. A daughter and a sister preceded her in death.

Friends may call in Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, 4 o'clock this Monday afternoon until 11 a.m. Tuesday and in the church from noon until the time of service. A memorial has been established in her memory.
