Visitation was July 4, 1994, at Wintz Funeral Home, Crofton.
Services were July 5, at the Wintz Funeral Home, Crofton, with the Rev. Tom Gunether officiating.
Burial was in the Bloomfield Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Dallas Shur, Michael Suhr, Jeff Alexander, Michael Alexander, Doug Alexander and Bruce Bratetic.
Honorary pallbearers were Scott Bratetic, Gary Bartetic, Hugo Promes, William Burress, Lloyd Kriz and Neal Alexander.
Dale was born Oct. 5, 1924, to George H. and Julia (Kriz) Alexander in Bloomfield.
He married Marjorie L. Kruse Aug. 27, 1945, in Randolph.
He was a 1942 graduate of Center High School. He lived and farmed in the Bloomfield area all his life. He also worked several years on the construction of Gavins Point Dam. He also always willing to help his neighbors with their farming activities. He was an outdoor enthusiast where he loved hunting, fishiing, traveling.
Survivors include his wife, Marjorie, Bloomfield; two sons and daughters-in-law, Curt and Irene Alexander, Dodge; Richard and Nancy Alexander, Norfolk; six daughters, Judy Cooper, Rathdrum, Idaho; Mrs. Dennis (Vicky) Johnson, Bloomfield; Mrs. Michael (Gail) Suhr, Bloomfield; Mrs. Robert (Patricia) Miller, Wisner; Mrs. Spencer (Lisa) Brown, Bloomfield; Mrs. Gene (Lori) Morgan, Norfolk; a sister Faie Alexander, Omaha; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.He was preceeded in death by his parents, two brothers, Harold and Ralph; two sistes, Elsie Alexander and Helen Upah.
