Norfolk, Nebr.----Marjorie Alexander, 76, of Norfolk, formerly of Bloomfield, Neb. died Saturday (Aug 25, 2001 ), at her daughter's residenece in Norfolk..
Services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Christ Memorial United Church, Bloomfield, with the Rev. Pat Culigan officiating. Burial will be in the Bloomfield Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Doug Alexander, Dallas Suhr, Michael Suhr, Chad Reineke, Randy Koops, amd Matt Lycan.
Visitation will be 3-9 p.m. today (Monday), with family present at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Wintz Funeral Home in Crofton, Neb.
She was born Jan. 16, 1925, in Todd county, South Dakota to Paul and Naomi (Larkin) Kruse. She grew up northwest of Crofton. On August 27, 1945, she married Dale Alexander in Randolph, Neb. After the wedding the couple farmed northeast of Bloomfield. He husband died July 2, 2994. She moved to Norfolk in 1995 and lived there with her daughter, Lori, since 1998.
She is survived by Curtis (Irene) Alexander, Dodge, Ne.; Judy Cooper, Rathdrum, Idaho; Vicky (Dennis) Johsnon, Crofton; Gail (Mike) Suhr, Bloomfield; Richard Alexander, Norfolk; Patricia (Robert) Miller, Rathdrum, Idaho; Lori (Gene) Morgan , Norfolk; Lisa Brown, Yankton, S.D.; 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
