William and Mary Skillin had no children. But, when my Grandfather John Sweet [#6688798] died leaving a wife and 3 children, they lived with "Uncle Will" and "Aunt Mame" in Canton, MA. Will was a conductor on the New Haven line and Mame taught school. His nephew, William Ellery Sweet, spoke of him often and adored him always.
