She was born Dec. 24, 1909, near Middletown, the daughter of William H. and Alice Sheley Ott.
She married Glenn Lewis in 1951; he preceded her in death in 1981.
Two husbands, Earl "Mitch" Baker and Dan Callahan, and an infant daughter also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Lewis was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Athens.
Survivors: several nieces and nephews.
Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Mott and Henning Funeral Home in Athens, the Rev. Don Neisler officiating.
Burial: Sugar Grove Cemetery in Sweetwater.
