Mary A. "Pet" Hart (Hart was also maiden name!) was born 31 Dec 1853 in Upshur County, TX; d/o: William H Hart & Mary Evaline Kelsey Hart. She married Samueh H Hart 09 Sep 1873 in Upshur County. Pet Hart died 29 Jul 1941 at her home at 807 North Madison St, Dallas, TX.

Their children were: Cordie Hart, Ronda Hart, Ida Hart, Llucius Barney Hart (m, Pearl Jane Thomas), Della Hart (m Clyde Jordan), & Ethel Hart.

Pet was a pioneer resident of Quitman before moving to Dallas 21 yrs ago.
