Charlotte Jackson was born in Schuyler County, Missouri on December 15, 1857, and died at the home of her son Frank Walker, southeast of Atlanta, Missouri on October 21, 1924, aged 66 years, 10 months, and 6 days. In 1875, she was married to Allen Walker, who died in 1895. To this union were born 8 children, all of whom survive her except the oldest son Sim. They are: Frank and Alva of the Plainview neighborhood; Leonard of Callao; Coral of Arkansas City, Kansas; and the daughters, Mrs. Ora Tolliver (Grace) of Plainview; Mrs. Frank Lyon (Stella) of Denver, and Mrs. Arthur Lamunyon (Iva) of Denver. She was married to Charles Davis in 1903 and he survives her.
Funeral services were conducted at Plainview Christian Church by Ralph Campbell of Gibbs on October 24th, and the body was taken by the daughters, her son, Frank and her husband to Denver for burial.
