ERICK, Okla. - Wanda Brinkley, 73, died Sunday, March 29, 2009, in Elk City.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Erick First Baptist Church with Charlie Floyd officiating. Burial will be in Erick Cemetery by Fatheree-Albert Funeral Home.

Wanda was born Feb. 11, 1936, in Sayre to Lille and Archibald Terry. She married Raymond Alfred Brinkley on Sept. 3, 1949, in Wheeler, Texas, and they moved to Fort Riley, Kan.

Survivors include four daughters, Pearley Fay Rodgers, Martha Reeder and Judy Rodgers, all of Erick, and Lawanna Brinkley of Amarillo, Texas; four sons, Alfred Brinkley and Steven Brinkley, both of Erick, Ernest Joe Brinkley of Weatherford and Ralph Brinkley of New Mobeetie, Texas; 25 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Kenneth Stewart, Thurman Stewart and Dewayne Stewart, all of Erick; a sister, Melvena Mix of Clinton; two half-sisters, Pam and Pattie; and a half-brother, David Terry.
