Rose M. Williamson, 95, a guest at the Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg, formerly Altoona, died Weds. at the home. She was born in Blue Island, IL, to Canio & Antonia (Sangenaro) Laratonda. She married John H. Williamson in July 1944, in Barnesboro, Pa. and he died February 1969. Survived by children: John J. Williamson (Theresa), Portage, Rosemary 'Doodie' Williamson, Altoona and Dolores J. Stahl (Robert), Hollidaysburg; grandchildren: Bob Stahl, Linzie Stahl, Kristy Letzo (Gregg) and J.J. Williamson (Bridget); and gr. grandchildren: Connor Letzo & Kaley Letzo; sisters: Susan J. Grannas, Helen Balestino & Jeannette DeGennaro. Predeceased by sisters: Carmel Marinello, Edith Laratonda, Dolores Laratonda, Mary Gioiosa, Lucy Rispoli and Anna Marinello. Member, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Altoona. Rose retired as a stitcher from Vincent Horwitz Shoe Factory after 40 years of service. Santella Funeral Home, Altoona. Committal, Calvary Cemetery.
