Donna was a long-time friend of my family. She was also one of my Primary teachers with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She made the world's best eggnog pies!

Donna Elaine (Krause) Bailey, 63, of Boulder passed away peacefully in her home Sunday, April 5, 2009.
Donna was born April 22, 1945, in Billings to Henry and Juanita Krause of Lavina. Donna met her husband, Raymond Bailey, in Billings where they were married. Shortly after they moved to Boulder.
Donna expressed a true love for life, friends and family. Donna was a wonderful mother and an exceptional grandmother. Donna will always be remembered for her determination, kind heart and caring personality. Donna was a dear friend to all.
Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Bailey; father, Henry Krause; brother, Donald Krause; and nephew, Jason Krause.
Survivors include her mother, Juanita Krause of Lavina; sister, Peggy Osse and husband, John, of Fayetteville, Ga.; sister, Judy Tope of Syracuse, Kan.; son, Douglas Bailey and wife, Charissa, of East Helena; son, John Bailey of Boulder; and daughter, Penny Sherman and husband, Link, of Kennewick, Wash. Grandchildren are Landon and Kaleb Bailey of East Helena; Holter, Holden and Harley Bailey of Boulder; and Austin Bailey and Justin Sherman of Kennewick, Wash.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 11, at the Boulder LDS Branch at 11 a.m.
