A homemaker and a resident of Vidor, Texas, she passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital, Orange, Texas. She was 83 and a native of Bayou Chene. Visiting at Wilbert Funeral Home in Plaquemine on Thursday, March 26, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Religious service at the funeral home on Friday, March 27, at 11 a.m., conducted by Frank Manguno Sr., pastor. Entombment in Grace Memorial Park. Survived by four daughters, Peach Martinez and husband Huey, and Wilma Collins and husband Jerry, all of Vidor, Patricia Gayle Williams, and Mona Lisa Garvin and husband Ronald; a son, Johnny "Todlum" Williams Jr. and wife Ann Gaidry; two sisters, Anna Jane Broussard and Martha Faye Mendoza; two brothers, Earnest Clarence Allen Jr. and Marvin Allen and wife Diane Diamond; 16 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Preceded in death by her parents, Earnest Clarence Sr. and Nora Carline Allen; two sisters, Robelia Allen Williams and Vivian Smith; and two great-grandchildren, Jason Alexander Troung and Jaci Lynne Deshotel.
