Laura Annie Cartwright, only daughter of Rebecca and Louis Cartwright,was born in Denver township, July 2, 1879 and died in Hendersonville, North Carolina July 23, 1911 age 23 years and 21 days.
Her father died when she was sixteen months old, when she and her mother went to live with her grandparents Samuel and Ann Cottrel.
When 20, she married Edward Clyde Engledow April 12, 1899.
Two sons Louis and Lawrence were born.
Her mother, husband and sons survive.
The body was returned to Olney for burial.
