Dora was the daughter of Flora Wilkes and William Harvey Stone.
She was united in marriage to Mr. Lorenzo Webber, son of Mary Mason and John A. Webber, in Portland, on September 27, 1899.

Dora and Lorenzo were the parent of Charlotte Elizabeth, John A., and Christine Webber.

Dora was a talented pianist and singer. She was educated at Oberlin College. Mrs. Webber was the first amateur female photographer in Portland, per the PAHS.
