Paul Otto Ensslin, Sr., 64, was a U.S. Army veteran of World War I from 22 Oct 1918 to 16 Dec 1918. A native of Arkansas, his draft registration card and the 1920 census show him as living in Farris, Atoka Co., OK. He and Oma moved to California in 1922. The 1930 census shows them to be living in Porterville, Tulare Co.. They settled in Modesto in 1944.

Spouse: Oma M. PIERCE (1903 - 1992).

Occupation: Canning Industry.

Survivors include his wife, Oma M. Ensslin; and four children, Paul, Jr., Charles, Joe, and Mrs. J.C. Henry.

Interment: Golden Gate National Cemetery.
