Born Jan. 5, 1914, in Monticello, Ky., she attended schools in Monticello, Ky. She lived in Lafayette since 1986, and had previously resided in the Fowler and Oxford areas of Benton County.
On June 20, 1936, she married Thomas Worley in Whitley, Ky. He died May 16, 1982.
Mrs. Worley was a homemaker.
She was a member of Country Lane Baptist Church, and sang in a family quartet. She enjoyed gospel music, quilting and sewing.
Surviving are three daughters, Shirley Hickman Bohart (husband: Les) of Lafayette and Karen Datzman (husband: Ron), both of Lafayette, and Shanda Donahue (husband: Joe) of Mount Ayr two sons, Thomas Worley Jr. (wife: Joyce) of Oxford and Randy Worley (wife: Gloria "Ann") of Richmond, Ky. a brother, Dallas Anderson (wife: Lilly) of Lebanon and two sisters, Edith Kell (husband: Weldon) of West Lafayette and Aleene Sulivan (husband: Dennis) of Otterbein.
