-Memorial services for Bill was Monday September 13, 2004, at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church in Spirit Lake.
-Bill Broemmeling, 65, entered into rest Sept. 8, 2004.
-Bill was born April 18, 1939, to William G. and Helen (Frei) Broemmeling at home in Genesee. He was raised and graduated from school in the Genesee area.
-In 1967, he married Lilas Ellis in Lewiston. Bill and Lilas made their home in the Post Falls area, but for the past 18 years, Bill and Lilas have made Twin Lakes Village their home. Bill worked for the Caterpillar dealership for many years. The last 13 years, he was self-employed as a heavy equipment parts dealer.
-Bill enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and camping with friends and family. The last few years, he enjoyed the fishing trips with his son on the Oregon coast. Above all, he loved spending time with his family.
-Bill is survived by his wife of 37 years, Lilas; son Bill V. Broemmeling, wife Sheila and children Caitlyn and Damon, Vancouver, Wash.; daughter Deborah Broemmeling and sons Brandon and Jakob, Coeur d'Alene; numerous nieces and nephews; sisters Maxine Aman and husband Mel, Spokane, and Polly Cocke and husband Floyd, Decatur, Ala.
-Bill was preceded in death by his parents and sister JoAnn Gibson.
-Bill will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.
