Thelma B. Grady, 72, of Charlottesville, Virginia, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 5, 2009, at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her father, Beverly White.
She leaves to cherish her memory, a loving and devoted family, her husband, George Grady Jr., and her mother, Selena Barbour Gullette, both of Charlottesville; three sons, George III, Melvin, and Mark, three daughters, Gertrude, Grace, and Thelma, two brothers, Charles Barbour and Leroy Barbour, 14 grand-children, eight great-grand-children; and a host of other beloved relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 11, 2009, at Charlottesville Church of Christ with the Bishop Rufus Hayes officiating.
Interment followed at Riverview Cemetery.
