Heather Dawn Crawford, 17 of Groveland passed away Monday, April 18, 2005 in a motor vehicle accident.

Born in Winter Garden, she was the daughter of Bennie John Crawford of Groveland and Katrina D. (Petty) Crawford, also of Groveland.

Heather was an honor student at South Lake High School, on the yearbook staff, and graduated from the John Casa Blanca modeling school.

She was active in the Future Farmers of America and raised hogs.


Survivors: father Bennie J. Crawford of Groveland; mother Katrina Diane Crawford of Groveland, Paternal grandparents BJ & Virginia Crawford, Uncle Lenn Crawford and Aunts Sarah Spencer & Nancy Casey. Maternal grandmother Martha Butler and Maternal great grandmother Mae Butler, aunt Rene Petty, 3 great aunts, 3 great uncles and 12 cousins. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 21 from 2:30 to 9 PM at the Kurfiss Groveland Chapel. Funeral Services will be on Friday, April 22 at 10 AM Tuscanooga Baptist Church, Groveland with Pastor James Madison officiating.

Interment follows in Fender Cemetery, Groveland. Services entrusted to Brewer & Sons Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Kurfiss Groveland Chapel. www.brewerfuneral.com
