Arnold was born in Valley City, Barnes Co, ND; the son of Andrew and Anna Ecker. The family moved to Judith Basin and he received his education in Stanford. On 16 Oct 1934 he married Alice Nemec in Great Falls, Cascade Co, MT. They made their home at Coffee Creek until retirement in 1998; and moved into the Eagles Manor in Lewistown.
Arnold was a member of the Rod and Gun Club, Eagles, Elks and Moose lodges; Farmers Union; and the Coffee Creek Volunteer Fire Dept. He is survived by his wife; a son, Odell; a daughter, Genievieve; brothers, Clarence and Alvin, 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 2 step great grandchildren.
