Wanda M. Chalk, Feb. 13, 1926 - Sept. 24, 1999, Wanda Mae CHALK, 73, 214 Erie St., died 10:45 p.m. Friday at St. Joseph Medical Center, South Bend. Born in Rochester to Elven E. and, Ruth BEGHTEL HOLLOWAY, she married Leo MORROW on July 4, 1949 in Rochester. He died May 8, 1960. She married Robert L. CHALK on Oct, 30, 1965 in Rochester. He died May 3, 1969. Mrs. Chalk retired from Topps Industries, Rochester after 33 years of service. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Lake Manitou Veterans of Foreign Wars, Rochester. Survivors include one daughter, Patricia and husband Ron LETT, Kewanna: one son, Larry Joe MORROW, Rochester; six grandchildren; five step grandchildren: 17 great-grandchildren; one sister, Rosemary and husband Fred McGLOTHIN, Rochester; three brothers and spouses, Howard and Edna HOLLOWAY, Marvin and Ellen HOLLOWAY and Bernard and Grace HOLLOWAY. all of Rochester.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Russell [HOLLOWAY], Walter [HOLLOWAY] and Lester [HOLLOWAY]. Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester, with Rev. Rick TAYLOR officiating. Burial will be in Rochester Citizens Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday or one hour prior to services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
