Helen Vaughan was born June 3, 1908 in Stephensville, Texas to Henry Miller Vaughan and Amy Cutright Vaughan. Her father passed away when she was young and her mom, Amy Cutright Vaughan moved the family to Hawaii.
She married Fred Samuel Cary and had one daugher, Evelyn Jane.
Later she married John Murphy and moved to Kingman, Arizona.
Helen's third husband was Palmer Young.
Harry Davenport became her fourth husband.
Helen was a baptist preacher and traveled to many cities. She lived in 44 different places.
Helen knew the Bible well. She always wore her preacher robes.
Preceeded in death by parents, brothers Lyle and Gail.
She left behind her daughter, Evelyn Jane Loveland, son-in-law Paul Loveland, and four grandchildren - Al, Ella, Dan and Burt. Survived by sister - Harriet.
