Nellie was married to Kenneth Shelton Stone. Nellie was born August 26, 1880 and died March 13, 1943. They were married May 29, 1901 in Quitman Texas. They had six children.

Lola May, born dead July 13, 1903.
Madie Moiscelle, born January 7, 1905. Died March 14, 1966
Mable Eudelle, born February 19, 1908. Jan. 31, 1981.
Opal Nell (my mother), born September 24, 1913. (living).
William Trent, born Dec. 11, 1909. Died April 23, 1960.
Hazel Fern, born dead May 28, 1917.

When Nellie and Kenneth lived in Craddock, Texas, their daughter, Opal Nell Stone, met Wesley Thomas 'Wes Tom' Johnson, who stayed with his brother, James Allen 'Jim' for awhile to help him on the farm. Wes Ton and Nell decided to get married, so when Wes Tom went back to Lake Creek, Texas were he lived with his mother and siblings, they got married and lived in the house with them.

A little later Nellie and Kenneth moved to Lake Creek also. Wes Tom and Kenneth worked together and built a log house for Wes Tom and Nell to live. Then they worked together again and built a log house for Kenneth and Nellie. This was during the depression and times were hard.
