Ovie Adams

Ovie Adams, 74, West York, Ill., died Friday at his residence. He was a retired employee of Briggs Manufacturing Co.

Surviving are his widow, Madge; a son, Robert Adams, Anna, Ill.; six daughters, Margaret Boyll, Hutsonville, Mrs. Betty Lou Anderson, Hutsonville, Mrs. Virginia Noel, Pine Top, Ariz., Miss Joy Adams, Mrs. Jodie Jackson, and Mrs. Wanda Arbuckle, all of West Union; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Gloria Tuttle, California; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Esta Baber, and Mrs. Mayme Hornbeck, both of Hutsonville, and Mrs. Myrtle Hampton, R1 Sullivan.

Services were at 10:00 a.m. today at the Pulliam Funeral Home, Hutsonville. The Rev. Neal Frances officiated. Burial was in Hutsonville Cemetery.
